Construction of the site area, construction of a water supply pipeline of 353 m, construction of a sanitary sewage system totaling 239 m, construction of roof rainwater drainage totaling 442 m, construction of rainwater drainage of 1020 m, electrical supply – total cable length of 2000 m, construction of a pond.
Construction of asphalt concrete surface layer of 15965 m².

Some of the construction works of Phase 2:
Construction of asphalt concrete surface layer of 5119 m², site leveling and installation of a fertile soil layer of 3692 m².
